Are you a taxonomist with an interest in the Caucasus? Are you working on Caucasus material right now or have always wished to do so? Please do not hesitate to contact us to find out whether we have specimens from your favorite taxon in our material, e.g. among our 2 Mio. insects collected in the Kintrishi Malaise Trap Transect 2018. A large portion of this material is already sorted on order level and even family level in the hyper-diverse groups of Hymenoptera, Diptera, Coleoptera and Lepidoptera.
We can easily arrange sending you a first “starter kit” with pre-sorted specimens for determination and sending back to our barcoding laboratory at Ilia State University in Tbilisi (Georgia) or the ZFMK in Bonn (Germany).
